100+ Men PARTICIPATED Since 2022

WYLDMEN has been a grounding brotherhood to over 100 men - executives managing $100M+ portfolios, founders navigating exits, fathers rebuilding after divorce, and professionals who've "won" by every metric except the ones that matter.

This isn't a weekend escape.

It's a reset, with a brotherhood to back it up.

About the Facilitator

Thomas Fairman, MQP, CPT, FMS was a Global Sales Engineering Manager at Tigo Energy in Silicon Valley (now listed as TYGO) before he become a personal trainer and lifestyle coach. After coaching hundreds of clients to lose hundreds of pounds, Thomas found that the most impactful work he could do was with men who've achieved a level of outward success - but long for deeper meaning in their day-to-day lives, and with other men.

Thomas is a certified Qigong Practitioner, Personal Trainer, Functional Movement Specialist and Nutrition Coach. He has also coached over 1000 people in 8 years of training with Landmark Worldwide, one of the most established personal development companies in the world. Frequently Asked Questions

Who is this for?

This is not for men who:

• Are looking for a quick fix or a weekend getaway

• Are interested in a casual naturist event

• Aren't ready to invest 3 days in themselves on airplane mode to go deep

The WYLD Retreat is for men who:

• Have achieved a level of success - a business, a career, a family - but lack a deeper sense of fulfillment

• Are looking for brothers on a shared path of growth

• Find themselves at a transition point in life, and want to move powerfully through it

What does the weekend include?

Everything except your plane ticket.

The in-person experience integrates physical training (qigong, strength training, nature immersion, breathwork led by Thomas), relationship training (the art of sharing, listening, and accountability), and purpose work (10-Year vision and legacy, 1 year plan, 90-day habits)

Meals, lodging, and all activities are included in accommodations of rustic luxury. You'll be disconnected from the world, out in nature on airplane mode, with no more than 7 other men in a private, distraction-free environment.

Do I need to be in great shape?

No. The physical practices are scalable to your current capacity. Whether you're dealing with injuries, high stress, or haven't trained consistently in years - we meet you where you are and help you build from there.

That said - the in-person experience WILL physically challenge you, and you should be prepared to train for it. (guidance included)

How many men attend each retreat?

Only 8 spots per retreat. No one slips through the cracks. Everyone shares. Everyone does their work and gets supported wherever they are at.

I heard there's nudity on these retreats - explain.

Modern culture encourages men to hide and obscure any aspect of themselves which might be viewed as weak. This allows some of the greatest vices that men have to fester rather than be dealt with. It also prevents growth in whatever those "weak" areas might be.

We also have a culture where the naked bodies that most men see are in porn, movies, and TV shows. This creates an unrealistic expectation of what our bodies should look like and may partially explain a rise in male body dysmorphia that wasn't previously present in centuries past when nudity wasn't so tied to sexuality.

Drawing from Japanese culture, Hadaka No Tsukiai is a Japanese phrase that means "naked relationships" or "relationships without concealment". This is the spirit of the brotherhood we are building. A space where men are seen as all that they are, and held accountable without the social armor that usually confines them into certain roles - no titles, no status symbols - this is a brotherhood of men being authentically who they are underneath their trappings.

Is this therapy?

No. This is an initiatory experience and a brotherhood - a modern rite of passage for men who are crossing threshold in their life and want to tap into their own wisdom by unplugging from their usual environment, and then be held accountable to bring that wisdom back into their own day-to-day life.

What happens after the retreat?

Your retreat is just the beginning. The real work happens in how you apply what you've learned to your daily life. Men who attend are provided support for weeks after their in-person experience to create lasting results.

What does it cost?

Packages range from the 4- to 5-figures, and include both the in-person experience plus support and accountability before and afterward. This is not for everyone, but for men operating at a high level in the game of life who understand that investing in themselves pays itself back.
